The young architect Guilherme Torres was asked to design this duplex penthouse in the neighborhood Itaim, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The building, a project of Rocco Associados, is known by a large sculpture Campana brothers, measuring 70m high, located in the central building. The client, a young entrepreneur and one of the field of civil construction, looking for a great contemporary apartment, where he could relax and entertain friends. All the walls were literally put down and all facilities have been rebuilt. The main roof is used, the polymer cement, used in floors, stairs and walls of the apartment.
