See this Stylish and Sustainable Home Design Ideas with Simple Design –Blue Sky Homes. A great house with simple and minimalist design, that built on a rocky plan. A collaborative effort between the prefabricated home developer Blue Sky Homes LLC and Palm Springs architect Lance O’Donnell o2 Architecture; SF 1000 this house is located in the Mojave Desert in 4000 ‘above sea level. The program called a residency, sustainable modestly sized to serve as a prototype for a line of prefabricated homes. Special attention was paid to the positioning of the site and building orientation. Inspired by Le Corbusier’s “Domino”, the building contains a pure structure of columns and planes. Adaptability is not created by the walls and openings of cargo that can be moved within the structure to meet a variety of site conditions.

The house is positioned above the site at the moment resisting columns and steel beams gauge cold-formed light. The building envelope consists of a grid of precast concrete panels and building components standardized. The bathroom module, containing all MEP systems home is constructed off-site and handed over. Interior spaces are defined by the placement of storage lockers, eliminating interior walls framed. Solar technologies provide electricity, hot water and heating.

The full apartment building components to minimize the volume of transport and promote sustainability through efficiency of materials / structural and can be dismantled and transferred. The very nature of the project ensures prefabricated low embodied energy and minimizes waste site. The prototype was completed after a construction schedule for 8 weeks.
