Special attention was paid to the positioning of the site and building orientation. Inspired by Le Corbusier’s “Domino”, the building contains a pure structure of columns and planes. Adaptability is not created by the walls and openings of cargo that can be moved within the structure to meet a variety of site conditions.

The full apartment building components to minimize the volume of transport and promote sustainability through efficiency of materials / structural and can be dismantled and transferred. The very nature of the project ensures prefabricated low embodied energy and minimizes waste site. The prototype was completed after a construction schedule for 8 weeks.
